Lay down the long thin sliced prosciutto. Place one piece cheese, followed by 1-2 arugula leaves, and finally the apple. Roll up the bundle. Top with one piece of tomato.
Repeat in the same order and assemble until all 12 pieces are done. Arrange on a plate and serve!
